What's the matter?
The Color Transformation Language (CTL for short) is a small programming language that was developed as a building block for digital color management systems. DaVinci Resolve provides Blackmagic Design's own CTL, the so-called DaVinci CTL (DCTL). Unfortunately, this is only very rudimentarily documented. By means of this DCTL, so-called DCTLs can be developed, which can take over certain tasks and can be used in DaVinci Resolve. In this course we will show the basics of the DCTL, go into concepts and special features and show how you can develop your own DCTL, with and without the help of AI.
What you learn in the course
This course covers the concepts of DCTL and the basic aspects and functionality of DCTLs.
After the course you will know how DCTLs work and what to look out for. You know the concepts and how you can start your own DCTL projects with or without the help of AI. At the end of the course you have written your first DCTL and are able to develop your own DCTLs.
Live Sessions
All live sessions are recorded and are available to all course participants for a further 6 months in the backend of Filmentor. In this way, all participants can watch the sessions again in peace.
And if you miss one or all sessions, you can also view the recordings online at any time for 6 months.
